Essential Extracts was started by a few mates in Sydney with one obsession — fragrance. We were tired of dropping $300+ on a blind buy that ended up sitting in a drawer.
So we built Essential Extracts: a simple way to try the designer and niche colognes everyone is talking about, decanted straight from real bottles into honest 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 50ml samples — and full sealed 100ml bottles when you find "the one".
Every fragrance decant is poured by hand from a genuine retail bottle we've bought ourselves. No clones, no oils, no "inspired by". If we don't own the bottle, we don't sell it.

A fragrance reads differently on skin than it does on a blotter, and differently again after six hours. That is the whole reason decants exist. We keep the descriptions honest, list the notes on every product page, and let the fragrance do the rest.
