Questions, answered
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every sample is decanted from a genuine, retail bottle. Samples are poured by hand into clean atomisers, so what you receive is the real fragrance.
What sizes do you sell?
Most fragrances are available as 2ml, 5ml and 10ml decant samples, with larger sizes and full bottles on selected scents. Available sizes are shown on each product page.
How do I pay?
You pay securely by card at checkout, in Australian dollars. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times then depend on Australia Post to your area.
What does shipping cost?
Flat-rate $9.95 shipping Australia-wide, and free on orders over $80.
Do you ship outside Australia?
